Alex is doing amazing things!

He is able to recognize MANY words by sight now, and he surprises us daily with new words he's learned. He also can spell all of the words he recognizes, can sound words out, and is starting to really read. We are so excited! He just loves spelling words on his phonics toy and coming to show us what words he can make. The excitement on his face is just touching.

He is still into Max and Ruby and Curious George. We read a lot of books about them on a daily basis! When Alex goes to bed he gets to choose two books to have read to him, and it's always the same-- Max and Ruby and/or Curious George!
